1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our Print-on-Demand business, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any of our products, including t-shirts, once the order has been placed.

2. Order Accuracy and Quality Checks

Before your order is shipped, we thoroughly check the quality of your items to ensure they meet our high standards. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement for the defective product at no additional charge.

3. Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, we begin production immediately. Therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order has been processed. Please make sure your order details are accurate before submitting.

4. Incorrect Address or Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If the wrong address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will reach out to you to arrange for reshipment. However, additional shipping fees may apply, and we will not refund the original shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges as each product is printed on demand and customized per order. Please carefully review your size, color, and design preferences before placing an order.

6. Issues with Your Order

We will work with you to find a resolution, which may involve sending a replacement item if necessary.
